Travel by bus, train, metro to various destinations for days out, hopefully using your "free" bus passes and reduced fare train passes.
Our first outing was to Bridgnorth in October 2025. Hopefully, further travels will take place once, maybe twice, monthly from April to September 2026. The trips should provide both a social aspect and the chance to see places of interest.
Once we get to a destination, you can do your own thing or stay in groups.
It is important members contribute their own ideas on destinations and be prepared to do any necessary research. There is no u3a charge for the outings and members may well decide to bring a family member or friend who is curious about u3a.
